Total Compensation: Full-time NP
Nurse Practitioners are offered a guaranteed daily rate on top of other easy ways to receive additional income through value units* and an annual retention bonus of up to $10,000. This means our NPs typically average $110,000 - $120,000 annually, but have the opportunity to receive up to $153,000 annually.*

Through value units we can discover when additional help is needed and where, identify bonuses opportunities, and promote communication, transparency, accountability, and efficiency. Value units are dependent upon employee classification, job location and patient event schedule within a 7 day period. All benefits are dependent upon employee classification and eligible after 30 days from start date.
